Hurizo Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Hurizo purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions for Return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Item must have all original tags attached
- Proof of purchase required (order number)

Non-returnable Items:
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Customised or personalised items
- Items marked as Final Sale

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email hurizo.official@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
