Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- ₹49 flat shipping on orders below ₹499

Cash on Delivery (COD):
- COD available on orders up to ₹10,000
- COD charges: ₹49 per order
